An easy drinking Japanese Rice Lager, very light straw colored, brewed with Heidelberg pilsen & a touch of flaked rice, and lightly hopped with Czech Saaz and New Zealand Motueka. This beer is exceptionally crushable and is sure to bring a smile to your face, just like Yuki! This beer is also gluten reduced!
