BREWERS NOTES:
Our 7th anniversary beer, West Line, is a West Coast Pilsner. We utilized 100% Pure Idaho Pilsen malt which provides a slightly biscuity malt backbone upon which to layer the pine and citrus notes from the hops. Refreshingly crisp and slightly bitter, West Line is a crushable and easy drinking Pilsner with the hop bouquet of a West Coast IPA, aka a West Coast Pilsner.
