BREWERS NOTES:
This beer is the third version of an experimental iteration on our favorite hazy pale ale, the Alyeska Brewski. Nectaron was dosed in the whirlpool, and then we infused the fermentor with Citra Incognito followed by a copious amount of Nectaron and Strata for dry hopping. It is loaded with notes of tropical fruits, pineapples, and oranges in the aroma, it follows through with a light but creamy mouthfeel and a crushably juicy finish. Truly the perfect beer for après after an epic day shredding!
