BREWERS NOTES:
An easy drinking, dry hopped saison that accentuates the fruity characteristics of the Belgian yeast more than some other examples that tend to be more spicy and phenolic. The spelt and flaked wheat add a silky smooth mouthfeel and it finishes slightly dry. A great beer to pair with your freshly slayed salmon!
