BREWERS NOTES:
This is first Barleywine. The 2025 vintage is three different variants each aged in a different barrel (Cognac, Papa’s Pilar Rum, Willet Bourbon) and will be released individually. The result is a velvety, robust, and balanced beer with notes of pecans, toffee and dark fruits.  A perfect dessert beer for the cold and dark winter months.
