BREWERS NOTES:
Extremely smooth (especially on Nitro), the Hippy Speedball recipe has been refined to tone down any bitterness or astringency attributed by hops or roasted malts. The result is a remarkably drinkable stout with a rich flavor profile and coffee aromatics from the addition of 20lbs of whole coffee beans after fermentation is complete.
