Brewers Notes: We took a pull from the pilsner fermentor & stashed it in some wine barrels with our house culture for five months. The resulting beer bursts with aromas of stone fruits, honeysuckle, pear & green apple! This beer is the white wine of beers: cold, crisp & refreshing to enjoy on those sunny spring days after slashing slush on the mountain!
