Brewers Notes: Aged in wine barrels for the better part of a year with our house culture, the resulting beer exhibits aromas of stone fruits, honeysuckle, pear and green apple. It’s the white wine of beers, reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc: cold, crisp & refreshing to enjoy on those sunny spring days after slashing slush on the mountain!
