Malt bill consists of 2-row, crystal, roasted barley, chocolate malt, and flaked oats

HOP ADDITIONS:
Bittering: Warrior
Flavor/ Whirlpool: Willamette

YEAST:
Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale

Aged in Woodford’s Reserve Single and Double Oak Barrels for 2 months – 1yr

BREWERS NOTES:
Our first attempt at an Imperials Stout, we amped up the Hippy Speedball recipe (sans coffee) and increased the boil to 3 hrs. The result is a velvety, chewy monster of a beer with aromas of bourbon and vanilla from the first use barrels.
