This is our beloved Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. The 2025 vintage was aged in Elijah Craig 8yr Bourbon barrels for 9.5 months, and then conditioned on toasted coconut & vanilla. The result is a velvety, robust, and balanced beer reminiscent of a bourbon soaked coconut brownie.
