This is our beloved Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. The 2026 vintage was aged in Willet Bourbon barrels for 9 months, and then conditioned on toasted coconut & vanilla. The result is a velvety, robust, and balanced beer reminiscent of a bourbon soaked coconut brownie.
