The base beer for dysFUNKtional was added to a 2nd use oak barrel, aged for 3 months, blended with peach and apricot puree, and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin. The resulting beer is reminiscent of a New Zealand Sauvingnon Blanc with aromas & flavors of lemon-lime & stone fruits with balanced acidity & oak character.
