Our second Girdwood collaboration with Black Spruce Brewing, this Lemon Meringue Pie inspired Milkshake IPA is sure to satisfy your pie in a glass craving. Brewed with lactose and marshmallows in the kettle, then selectively double dry-hopped with Lemon Drop and El Dorado hops, fermented with more than 100lbs of Meyer Lemon puree, and finally conditioned on 50lbs of graham crackers a full pound of vanilla beans. This beer is bursting with aromas of lemon, pie crust, creamy marshmallow, and vanilla, it coats your mouth and finishes smooth and full leaving you wondering if you should drink this beer for breakfast or dessert?!
