We took our favorite Hazy Pale Ale & aged 4 months in American Oak with our house culture of lactobacillus, pediococcus & brettanomyces. The juicy character of the base beer is complemented nicely by the brettanomyces which takes center stage lending a nice fruitiness before it dries out for the finish.
