BREWERS NOTES:
A continuing iteration on Girdwood Brewing Company’s first sour beer, this version is an all stainless fermented sour using lactobacillus plantarum, dry hopped with Mosaic Cryo and then double fruited with Passionfruit & Raspberry to produce a pleasant tropical & citrusy aroma that follows with a juicy tartness.
