A continuing iteration on Girdwood Brewing Company’s first sour beer, this version is an all stainless fermented sour using lactobacillus, double dry hopped with Belma & Mosaic and then double fruited with Apricot and Pineapple to produce a pleasant tropical & citrusy aroma that follows with a juicy tartness.
