BREWERS NOTES:
A continuing iteration on our experimentation utilizing Incognito flowable hop product in Double NEIPA’s, this version incorporates Motueka in the whirlpool and is then saturated w/ Citra Incognito in the fermentor. Post fermentation the beer is copiously dry hopped with Motueka & Galaxy, displaying tropical aromas and juicy flavors of pineapple, passionfruit & honeydew melon. It leaves you with the smooth and pillowy finish you have come to expect from a GBC Double NEIPA.
