BREWERS NOTES:
An iteration in our ever-evolving quest for the perfect NEIPA. We used some of our favorite hops and tweaked our standard mineral additions to the brewing water ever so slightly to increase the chloride levels even more, for a pillowy mouthfeel which helps highlight the tropical juiciness from the copious amounts of flavor and aroma hop additions.
