Cosmic Phantasy is our first foray into the realm of Thiol enhanced IPA’s. We designed this recipe specifically to take advantage of the bound Thiols in the hops and the additional Thiols introduced with the dry-hop addition of Phantasm powder. The Cosmic Punch yeast from Omega is a Thiolized™ strain that can pack in tropical aromas that Southern-Hemisphere Hops and New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs are famous for, just by boosting the existing ingredients through biotransformation. The resulting beer is a mind-bending super-saturated out-of-this-world tropical hop experience!
