BREWERS NOTES:
For this collaboration with Anchorage Distillery, we took our beloved Girdwood Reserve and aged it for 22 months in one of their rye whiskey barrels and then transferred it to one of their Palmer wheat whiskey barrels for an additional 13 months. It was then conditioned on vanilla and coconut to elevate and enhance the extended barrel aging character.  The result is a velvety, chocolatey, and balanced beer, with notes of honey and molasses and creamy coconut.
