BREWERS NOTES:
In true GBC fashion, we of course had to brew a double NEIPA for our 500th batch of beer! Encompassing all the knowledge we have gained from our passion for brewing IPA’s over the past 4-1/2yrs, this beer is saturated w/ Strata, Idaho 7, and Galaxy hops. Tropical and juicy aromas of pineapple, passionfruit, and honeydew melon overwhelm your olfactory nerves and saturate your taste buds. It finishes smooth and pillowy.
